Around Aargau

Luego de la corrida de 10km de ayer, hoy salí a dar un tour alrededor del cantón de Argovia (Aargau). Como es usual, les comparto las fotos y el mapa del recorrido.

Argovia es uno de los cantones de más al norte de Suiza, al este está el cantón Zúrich, al norte Alemania, oeste los cantones de Basilea-Campiña, Soleura y Berna, y al sur el cantón de Lucerna.

En el cantón se hablan distintos dialectos derivados del alemán, los cuales son lo suficientemente distintos del alemán, que a los nativos no les entiendo ni papa. Pero bueno, no es de extrañarse. Aún la gente que habla alemán tiene dificultades.

Después de echarme 73km el viernes, 10km de corrida el sábado, y 35km de bicicleta hoy, estoy apenas para hacer una pausa, así que mañana me daré libre.



After the 10km run of yesterday, I went out riding my bike today around canton Aargau. As usual, I share with you some pictures and the map of the ride.

Aargau is one of the northern-most cantons in Switzerland, with Germany to the north, Zurich to the east, Basel-Landschaft, Solothurn and Bern to the west, and Lucern to the south.

People speak here different German-derived dialects. But no matter which dialect it is, it doesn't matter, I can't understand anything! No wonder, even native German speakers have a hard time adjusting to these dialects.

After riding 73km on Friday, 10km of jogging on Saturday, and today's 35km, I'm going to make a pause tomorrow.
