Bajo la nieve me tiré a correr hoy, pero ya no me importa que llueva o neve... 4km de calentamiento, y luego 3 x 1000m a 5:40min/km, con 4 minutos de descanso entre intérvalo, 1.5km para cerrar los 10km.
I ran today under snowy conditions, but I don't care anymore whether it's raining or snowing... 4km warm-up, then 3 x 1000m at 5:40min/km, 4 minutes of slow jogging between intervals, and then 1.5km to close up the 10k.
