Carboloading is a common practice among endurance athletes. It consists of a special diet that must be followed during the last days before the sport event. When carboloading, one must eat very very little fat, drink a lot of water, eat at least five times per day, and eat mostly carbohydrates. As you can see, this part of the training plan is sooo cool: I've been eating pastas like crazy, and enjoying it very much!
