Y así termina el asunto. Después de un año, la maestría en administración de negocios terminó ayer con la ceremonia de graduación. Durante este año no solamente tuve acceso a extraordinarios conocimientos en cómo debe ser conducido un negocio, sino que además tuve la oportunidad de aprender de profesores con un calibre internacional envidiable. Además, estudié al lado de compañeros extraordinarios de alrededor del mundo, personas de gran capacidad y talento.

This is it. After one year, the masters in business administration ended yesterday with the graduation ceremony. During this time I had access to enlightening knowledge about how a business is supposed to be managed. I also received that knowledge from professors with huge intellects and amazing international experience. Last but not least, I met colleagues of great talent, and sharing my time along with them is definitively and wonderful experience.

RIGA!

Seguramente porque las finanzas son tan impopulares en estos días, parece que solamente yo me matriculé en mi universidad para hacer la especialización en banca y finanzas. Mi universidad tiene un convenio con una escuela de negocios en Riga, Letonia, en donde los profesores de Suiza dan clases varias veces al año a estudiantes de MBA en Riga, la capital de Letonia. Así que la universidad decidió mandarme para allá, junto con el Dr. Ider, a tomar las clases finanzas! La U paga todo, claro está.

Mañana me voy para Riga, en el vuelo de AirBaltic, y estaré ahí hasta el domingo en la noche. Estén atentos al blog...

Surely since finance is so unpopular these days, it happens to be that I'm the only student who is doing the specialization in finance and banking at my business school. Since my school has a partnership with a business school in Riga, Latvia, in which our teachers often give classes to Latvian MBA students, the school decided to send me, under their expense, to Riga, where I'll take the finance class of Dr. Ider.

Those who know me know that I love to travel, meet new people and new countries, so I'm really looking forward to this opportunity! I'm flying tomorrow on the AirBaltic flight to Riga, and will be there until Sunday afternoon. So stay tuned to this blog...
