Regular Run, 10km

Creo que la lesión de la rodilla ya está superada, así que sigo con el plan de entrenamiento usual.

Para hoy, 10km @ 6:45min/km.



I think the knee injury is already gone, so I resumed my training plan. For today, I had to run 10km @ 6:45min/km.
